I have the same problem, since I installed the application at the beginning of the game it tells me that I'm connected to Google Play but it does not allow me to join a band, collect rewards and asks me to log in.

    Yes , everyone facing this issue and they are not doing anything about it it has to be solved otherwise we can't chage devices cuz of this
