Nfs no limits....unfortunately stopped....will not load

Hi all.for the last few days my NFS no limits keeps showing a unfortunately stopped message and will not load. Please can anyone help on this. Thanks

Hi I have tried all the steps in the troubleshooting thread and still the problem persists. I have even factory reset my device (hud 2) and still no joy. My hudl has updated to lollipop 5.1 in the process from kit kat 4.4.2
