The EA App for PC isn't good at all when I was using Origin App was better in many ways.
I was having the same problem. I usually mod NFS Heat and Payback and I did everything from uninstall the games and launcher, RELOCATING all of it to another NVMe drive in my rig, Reinstalling Windows using the Repair Edition of Win11 24H2, and even did a Memory Diagnostics for a few hours, launched the games with no mods. Nothing worked by then.... until I turned off my PC that night, turned it on the following morning, and the 2 games worked even with the Frosty Mod Manager launcher. I started to think EA App was the issue at that time and got a background update sometime earlier. Either way, idk WHAT I did that fixed this or if it fixed itself.
