NFS Payback Exclusive Pre-Order theme (PS4)

So I pre-ordered NFS Payback yesterday, because I'm insanely hyped for it.

While pre-ordering, I saw that you'd get an exclusive pre-order theme (at least on the PS4)

After pre-ordering, I couldn't find it. I've seen some games doing the same thing with an exclusive theme (like CoD WW2) and they immediately release the theme. So if you pre-order the game, you can use it right away.

So is there something wrong with my thing or has the theme not come out yet, and if so, when will it come out?

PlayStation support told me that the theme starts downloading when the game starts downloading (3 days before release )

You should receive the theme after checking out.

Go to [Settings] > [System] > [Automatic Downloads and Uploads] and make sure the option to automatically download is enabled.

If you do not have access to the theme after a further 24hrs then do let us know.

Hi Barry, sorry for the late response, I've been busy lately.
It's been a couple of weeks now and I still don't have the theme. I turned on automatic downloads like you said but it didn't do anything for me.
When I go to the theme list in Settings, it's not there.

I have purchased the deluxe edition through PS4 and I haven't yet received the theme. Even the download Manu popped nothing appeared apart from the NFS Logo and it just shows the pre-load date and official release date. What should I do?

I just downloaded the pre orde deluxe edition but I didn’t check the theme and other packs I only checked the game for faster download purpose. But now I can’t find the option to download the other packs. How do I fix this?
