NFS Payback HUD Issue

Summarize your bug HUD does not spawn immediatley and takes almost 20 seconds to spawn, at the very being of a race you can not see the rev limiter in order to shift causeing failed shifts, as well as no minimap to know where your going. Expecially for drag races this can be a huge issue for it will always put you in a disadvantage because you can't shift or launch properly. Also any imcident after crashing your car and respawning the HUD does not respawn immediateley and you never know where your going in a race which is very irritating.

What time did you see the bug? (HH:MM AM/PM) immediatly at launch
What is your time zone? ECT - GMT + 1:00
Steps: How can we find the bug ourselves? this issue can be found immediatley by starting a race or crashing in the middle of a race or in freeroam causeing you to respawn and the HUD not appearing right away.
What happens when the bug occurs? HUD does not appear
What do you expect to see? HUD to appear immediately appear when respawning or starting a race.
