Thanks for taking a moment to let us know about Shipment issues in NFS Payback.
If you are still running into the error message "Shipments Unavailable" please let us know the following:
- Platform:
- PSN ID/Gamertag:
- Are you getting an error message?
- Which modes does this happen in?
- Does this happen to any other account on the device?
- How long are you playing until this happens?
- Are you playing from the device's internal storage or an external drive?
- What type of network are you using? (Wired, Wireless, Hotspot)
- Is anything else happening?
- Please share any steps you've tried to far to resolve the issue:
- If possible, share a Screenshot or Clip...
- If on PC, please share a DxDiag and an EA app Error ID

Which modes does this happen in? : in every mode
Does this happen to any other account on the device? dont have any other device
How long are you playing until this happens? more than a year
Are you playing from the device's internal storage or an external drive? internal storage
What type of network are you using? (Wired, Wireless, Hotspot) depends on where i am (uses all)
Is anything else happening? no just the shipments errors
Please share any steps you've tried to far to resolve the issue: reinstalling the game , changing the drive on which game is installed , starting a new game
If possible, share a Screenshot or Clip.. dont have a clip and screen shot right now but sending the same error image taken from google
If on PC, please share a DxDiag attachted it and i have GTX 1650 on my pc
