NFS Payback shipments available ?

Not letting me open shipments to collect my earned rewards😡 Fix this EA or Whomever is in charge of the game server!!!!!!  EDIT: it's fixed now my boys😎 since Oct 1st for me. 

What's the status on the "shipments unavailable" deal??

I need my shipments!!!

 What's the deal EA? Or Whoever is responsible for fixing the bugs/issues really dropped the ball on this one. How can I make my cars faster without my shipments for the speed cards!?😡😡😡😡😡😡😡😡😡😡😡😡😡😡😡😡😡😡😡

@Nicky21861   Yeah, it's not working for a long time, AFAIK...

I can't access shipments or shared stuff in customize. No idea why

If you are still running into the error message "Shipments Unavailable" please let us know the following:

• Platform:
• PSN ID/Gamertag:
• Are you getting an error message?
• Which modes does this happen in?
• Does this happen to any other account on the device?
• How long are you playing until this happens?
• Are you playing from the device's internal storage or an external drive?
• What type of network are you using? (Wired, Wireless, Hotspot)
• Is anything else happening?
• Please share any steps you've tried to far to resolve the issue:
• If possible, share a Screenshot or Clip...
• If on PC, please share a DxDiag and an EA app Error ID

• Does this happen to any other account on the device? i have no other accounts
• How long are you playing until this happens?   It starts from the moment i turn it on to the time i turn it off
• Are you playing from the device's internal storage or an external drive?      Internal
• What type of network are you using? (Wired, Wireless, Hotspot).    Wireless
• Is anything else happening? No
• Please share any steps you've tried to far to resolve the issue:  Turned it off and back on, Went to multiplayer and back with no resolvements
