So I downloaded the trial for the game to see if I'd buy it, and I've ran into an issue where after the first race or event I do the game runs in slow-motion. I'm still hitting 60 or 70-ish fps, but the game runs at about 40% speed. The sound effects are normal (the NOS effect sounds the same, except there's a massive gap between the initial pop and the system kicking in) and the game runs smooth, just in slow motion. It first happened in the prologue where you have to escape the cops and I noticed it, then looked at the clock and the seconds each took about 2 seconds to pass. My PC is up to run the game, either meeting or exceeding recommended specs, and like I said my fps counter always shows 60-70 fps whether this glitch is happening or not.

Windows 10 Home 64 bit
GTX 1060 6GB, no OC
Ryzen 5 1600, no OC
8 GB 2133MHz DDR4
I have the 391.24 Nvidia drivers installed, I did a clean install today.
