NFS Payback Uninstall Error

So, a long time ago, I had got this free Origin membership and during the time period, I installed and played many games including Need for speed payback and Need for speed most wanted. Now my membership is over. Today while I was cleaning up my pc by uninstalling those programs that I no longer needed, I tried to uninstall Need for Speed Payback. And it showed me this error (File attached). I looked up the internet and tried to do many things but it didn't work. 


Also btw, the Fix option doesn't appear when I try to right click the game. And no matter what I do, I cannot remove it from the game library
