NFS Rivals Disc Unreadable brand new installed

I just loaded NFS rivals on xbox 360 downloaded all content including the cop pack and hd content. Then installed the game. Whenever i choose cop car or race car before i get to play anything i will get the disc unreadable error, saying clean with cloth or restart xbox. Its a brand new installed game, there isnt a mark on it. I tried clearing the cache and that did nothing. Ive selected cop and race car and its still teh same. I uninstalled and tried it and it was the same. I reinstalled and it installed with no problems so i dont think the problem is with the disc. Its a brand new game and i cant even play it.

    ok just an xbox one, pga, fifa thats fine.

    Here is what I have found on the Xbox support Website.

    Have you tried this yet?

    This disc is unreadable

    You may be able to resolve this problem by storing the game on a different part of your hard drive. To do this, delete and download the game again. Here's how:

    1. Select Settings and then select System.
    2. Select Storage, and then select your storage device. For example, select the Xbox 360 Hard Drive.
    3. Select Games and Apps, and then select the Games on Demand game that doesn’t play. Take note of the size.
    4. Select the Games on Demand game, and then select Delete.
    5. Go to the Games Store and download a game demo or other content that is approximately the same size as the Games on Demand title.

      Note Game demos are a no-cost way to add content to your hard drive.

    6. Press the Guide button on your controller.

    2. Select Download History.
    3. Select the Games on Demand game, and then select Download Again.
    4. Once it’s downloaded, play the Games on Demand game.

    I already did that. I uninstalled, tried it, then reinstalled.
