I already did that. I uninstalled, tried it, then reinstalled.
Its not a game on demand, its a real life disc.
Make sure the disk is clean and undamaged.

It was brand new, sealed, i installed it immediately, then uninstalled it to try after i getting the disc unreadable msg then i installed it again with no problems. Usually if th edisc is damaged it wont re install. Ive given it to a friend to try offline. if he has no luck ill get the disc professionally cleaned before returning it.
I will also try removing all harddrives and usbs as suggested in that help area. Ill see how it goes over the next few days.
Currently deleting all game content and downloads to try again.
Ill accept an Xbox One with NFS, latest fifa, pga, nba, madden etc as compensation.
