1) NFS Rivals game don't have "split screen" multiplayer.

I understand that the game can be played multiplayer but only "online" from what I can see in the link provided. My question is why on the game box says that it also can be played multiplayer "offline" on the same console with friends ?
Green info indicate offline modes on the same console and orange for multiplayer modes right ?

I'd be curious to take a closer look at that box, because nowhere online can I find anything about local multiplayer. I've looked up the game's description on Origin and several news outlets without finding any mention of offline multiplayer. Could you share a picture of that box?
