[NFS Rivals PC] Save file got corrupted after purchasing the ferrari pack complet dlc

Update: I finally found a way to solve my issue.  I played an Event with the Cayman, went to a hideout, stop/restarted and got again the dlc cars. However, I am not sure if this issue is completly solved.

I got my nfs save file corrupted after purchasing the ferrari pack. Here the steps :

1 - I purchased the movie pack and jaguar pack complet.

2 - I launched NFS Rivals, took and customised (only color) the jaguar cx75 racer car.

3 - I played the game with the car and saved my progession.

4 - I stopped the game and bought the Ferrari pack complet dlc

5 - I restarted the game, got to the garage menu and the selected car was my customized jaguar cx75

6 - The car suddenly disappeared, and I got the porche Cayman selected instead

After that, I lost all my dlc cars (also the GTR limited edition car), and any ingame progression (as a cop) was not saved. I mean when I stopped and started again the game, I got to the step 5.

Of course I uninstalled/reinstalled both of Origin and NFS applications (but kept my NFS save file), and got the same problem.

For the game specialists or forum administrators here my case number : 12505259.

By the way, I was racer lvl 22 and cop lvl 31 when I got this problem.
