Returned this game on release day because it was 30fps, has this now been fixed?
I am talking about an official fix, not some half working hack.
I'd like to buy it again but only if the game recieved an update that fixed the framerate issue.
So I bought Rivals based off this post, and yet my framerate appears stuck at 30fps... I have a GTX 960, which should be plenty powerful enough to run this at full frame rate... Is there something I have to do to specifically enable 60fps?

It should be noted, that when deploying the 60fps fix as the person above me stated, in the event your PC can not handle a constant 60fps, you could screw up your times up on events. (Events have times recorded with your friends all trying to get the fastest time)
In the event you screw up your times, there is no way to fix this, and support will NOT be given to those people who used that 60fps fix.
I have been there, and done that. It's too risky in my opinion. Basically, I was told that I tried to cheat / get an advantage by using the 60fps fix, and was told there would be no further support given to me because of this.

let's race, I use a G27 Steering wheel to do all my racing in this game though, you've been warned. I'm fast :P
Yeah, that's not a problem, I'm running a GTX 960 OC'd on a 4ghz quad core with 16 GB of RAM. And all textures are streamed from my 1GB/s SSD RAID. It's pretty quick. I've already set some new world-wide records. 😉
