NFS Rivals Ps3 - UNABLE TO REDEEM COMPLETE EDITION CODE

I'm not able to redeem my complete edition(6 DLC pack) code of nfs rivals ps3 on ps store....what is the solution ?

I had the code included in my box...but when i tried to redeem it....Playstation store says that...."The code may not be correct or may not be valid
Please check your entry" Since its written that validity is from 10/21/14 - 10/21/24

Please respond... I want the complete edition !
