I just bought my NFS Rivals game for Xbox One.
While playing, the camera begins to spin around the car (mostly at the start of every "mission"). I have seen this problem in some videos (like this one http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=rX6MR4WrHiQ) Does anybody knows how to fix this? I cant get any help from the Origin HelpDesk.
It seems to "go away" after playing for some time.

Have you tried playing with the controller wired? It's defo a controller issue, since it's wireless it might get it's signal interfered with wifi's or likewise.

This is not a controller issue.
1) I've used 2 different controllers from different batches (one was a day one console controller, one from my local store)
2) it's always a PERFECT 180 view
3) no other games are acting as if the controller is being pressed down
4) sometime when the game is feeling fancy instead of doing a 180 view it does a slow cinematic pan around the whole car.

6) My incident logged via live chat 10798711 (also your support rep asked what the problem was and then said nothing after I described the problem)
I know you wouldn't believe such an error would ever get past playtesting, but it did.
I can tell you it didn't happen in my first session, the only difference being it was the first time I played, and i didn't set up an origin id for that session.
Its the Kinect picking up voice cammands. "turn around" will spin the camera...
I will also be silent and the camera and map issue will happen. Also unpausing COD on it's own.
Something mught be up with my Kinect. Calling Microsoft later today.
It never happened to me on the first session...now everytime something crucial happens i get to look at my cool car instead of the road :/
As far as I know, Kinect is always on. Unplug it (if you can).
