NFS the run language change from Russian to English

I wanht to change the language of the game from russian to english.please help me by giving me the necessary files needed for it.

    Firstly you can go into your option menu in game and change it there. If your game started out in russian, you either bought it in Russia or close-by or you downloaded this game illegly. If this is not the problem please refer to the EA FAQ and i'm sure you'll get what you need.

    unable to understand russian language so could i select and change ..give proper indication please.
