    The issue is related to Steam, nothing can be done by the EA team.

    Hi, danisoff​,

    Someone on the game's discussion page on Steam mentioned that they tried contacting Steam and were told the issue was on the publisher’s end; apparently, the image went missing after a pushed update. I can’t confirm if that’s true, so I’ll try reaching out to them myself.
