NFS Undercover / Question to EA

I have a number of questions for you about NFS Undercover

1. Please tell me why you forgot about NFS Undercover. Fans have asked so often to fix the graphical problems with shadows and reflections, but you just removed the game from ORIGIN and left only the version in STEAM, which also has problems with shadows and graphics.

2. Why is ORIGIN version broken? Shadows are completely broken in it, they simply do not exist ☹️ Please release an update for the steam version, in which there will be a series of competitions as in the ORIGIN version. I ask you very much as a fan of the NFS series. I am sure that other fans of the series will also support me, since I I've seen such talk a lot on the forums. Don't leave us.

Please pay attention to the guy named HIBOMB. He did a lot for NFS Undercover. He resurrected this useless game and among NFS fans It became a real hit in 2021! The results of his large and complex work can be seen in screenshots and videos on YouTube. Contact him if he is of interest to you as a specialist, it seems that he will be a very useful employee for you, or give him normal developer tools, let him finish NFS Undercover to a normal state. You have a working environment in which Undercover was made in 2008, provide it to him on your terms, this is so important for fans of the series.

    If you can find a new copy of the EA DVD version of Undercover, it may work on Windows 10, as it it activated instead of using DVD copy protection scheme. The screen lag was fixed with patch 1.0.1.17 and Challenge Series added with patch 1.0.1.18.

    Thank you of course for the answer. BUT! In version 1.0.1.18. the idiots who made the patch turned off the shadows from cars ALTOGETHER. I gave an example of how the game should have been made, and did not ask for stupid patches that made an already bad game even worse. If you have an attitude and access to the developer's toolkit in which you did NFS Undercover, write me a personal message and give me a link to the description of this toolkit. And it's better to give this toolkit to the modmaker HIBOMB, it will make the best version of Undercover. If you are not related to the studio and EA, do not write me stupid advice. Thanks.
