NFS:NL acting up since Christmas update, Lost 2 limited vehicles, 10 levels, +

So around the Christmas time this game had an update, my game started acting up after this, my Avatar for my account would not show up and my display name did not show my Game Center name it showed Player. At the time it was no big deal I still had all my stuff and could play. I completed the Christmas special event got the Huracan, then completed the month long event and got the LaFerrari. During these two Special Event I gained 10 levels got my Toyota 86, Mazda RX 7 FD, Mustang (Not Razor). and BMW (not Razor), staged up and installed the best I could to get the PR high enough to beat these Special Events, and get the special vehicles.  I've had to restore my phone on January 25th and now I've lost everything after the update that changed the look of the game around Christmas. Before I restored I made sure I went into data management and uploaded a cloud save, but it wouldn't take as I tried to download the save to another device and it kept pulling up the old information from before that update. So I made a back up of my phone in iCloud and iTunes as I though the App Data would be in the back up and it would save as is in the back up itself. Upon restoring the iPhone and restoring the back up it asked me one time if I wanted to use the cloud data from the the 25th or hit cancel to keep the local data. I hit load the cloud data as I saw the current date and thought it would have all my progress but it still pulled the old save from before the update. So I wiped my phone and tried again so I could hit cancel and keep the local data but now it will not give me that option , I've tried multiple iCloud and iTunes back ups, I've tried immediately singing out of GameCenter when the phone let's me to the home screen so it won't load the server data and let me pull the local data, and I don't think I'll ever get my stuff back. I also had paid for a monthly gold card that had plenty of time left and that has been taken as well.

Anyone have the same situation or something similar and was there anything you could do do resolve the issue. I'll probably will never play this game again if I can't get my stuff back .
