No Connected Account - Error Code 193 - Autolog Associated with Difference A/C

I've just wasted an hour waiting to do an online chat with an EA Advisor who wasn't able to help.  Then, based on their advice, went on the 0870 premium phone line for 20 minutes without any idea of when the call is going to answer.  Cannot hold on the phone for an indefinite period, but it's a good way for EA to make extra money, but very bad for selling future games/online downloads,etc.

I registered an online pass code with xbox 360 that has gone to a different xbox live account and I cannot get online with NFS Most Wanted.  The error code is 193.  Any help would be great or any way to contact EA to get a decent customer advisor and get this problem sorted out.
