Not gold, no car

Need a warning for special events that say: requires gold to complete event

    Not needed at all.

    I could have completed Speedhunters special event without spending Gold if I wanted to, but I wanted a 6-star Nissan Skyline BNR34 GT-R so I spent 2600 Gold buying blueprints.
