Not received the Free Ford Mustang Hoonigan

Hello Guys. I have downloaded the NFS No Limits (Full Game), and it was mentioned that if we download the full game we would get the Ford Mustang Hoonigan for free. However I din't get the same. But one of my friend did the same and he got the Ford Mustang Hoonigan for free. Any Suggestions?
