Restarted application multiple times, restarted ps4 multiple times. contacting EA help desk that just referred me to the forums to post my issue and let the community managers address it. grouping up and completing an event online.Missing content: Rainbow nitrous, black tire smoke, and the happy and you know it hornConfirmation of completion: I have the trophy awarded for completion as well as the 488 car unlocked. If i do an activity occasionally it will state in the top right that i have 100% of what ever that activity is.This issue is driving me to not want to play the game and up to this point i has so far enjoyed it.I am pleading with you to help me fix this as im am increasingly gaining frustration and the only thing i do is try a "different" fix for this every time i get on, get frustrated and get off.

@l7iptkk7 ey I have been telling the same thing to them since launch. They don't even bother to respond. And they don't even bother fixing the game propperly. In the beginning they didn't even include patchnotes for updates. Now they do but they leave some stuff out the patchnotes. I have never seen such lazy and ignorant development on a game.

Was the car your own build or downloaded from the in-game community? Personal Build
What was the last event you played? No clue. I was just completing and gathering collectibles.
Was it a day or a night event? Day Event
How often does the bug occur? Every time (100%)
Steps: How can we find the bug ourselves? Try completing 100% all districts.
What happens when the bug occurs? You only receive 1 of the rewards.
What do you expect to see? Black tire smoke, rainbow nitrous, and the horn you get.

As explained in other threads I have been checking, after completing all activities and collectibles in the game, I ONLY received the Ferrari 488 and none of the other rewards. After completing several High Heat 5 races I still haven't received the Black Tire Smoke and Rainbow Nitrous. Does anyone have another solution ?

I completed everything yesterday I was awarded with the 488 but I still haven’t gotten the rainbow nitros if you’re happy and you know it horn or the black tire smoke either.. I talked to support and they suggested doing high heat level 5 races to push the award through but I’ve done they several times... I’m beginning to think they’re lazy and don’t care at this point

yeah, i was pretty mad when i realized i did like 7 hours of searching for basically nothing. At least i got the trophies lol.

EA is really getting on my nerves with this. The one game I try to 100% and can’t even get the proper rewards. I’ve used their support line 5 times now and it seems they’ve blocked me from getting live help.

Ok so today's update fixed it BUT it doesn't pop right away.
I logged in, went out at night and headed straight back to the garage, no items.
Then I went out again (online at night), played a Heat 3 race to win a perf. part, headed back to the garage and FINALLY I have all my items! (Seel blue tire smoke, black tire smoke, rainbow nitrous and the horn sound). So problem solved!
I also triggered a radar just to be sure, don't know if it helped.
