NOT WORKING - SERVERS DOWN REFUND TIME
Just bought Need for Speed digitally, in the Black Friday deal on PS Store. Worked last night for a 'short period' but today says EA servers are down and cannot play the game AT ALL.
Will I be getting my refund from PSN (same as Driveclub when that was not working) or yourselves? I have not yet contacted PSN but will so immediately after this.
We experienced a temporary outage earlier. This was most likely caused by the rush of Black Friday. I sincerely apologize for the inconvenience.
We have confirmed users are playing again without issues. Could you please let me know if that is the case for you as well, or if you need further help?
As for getting a refund: you should contact your retailer for their refund options.
