Online Players Lag/Glitch Across The Map and Random Freezing (PC)

Combining two here into one - as I have searched and found no solution as of yet so I feel these need to be addressed.

First - Online Players - Or better yet online ghosts. I know this is a Ghost game, but this really feels like a single player experience as the online players are mere illusions. I played as a cop during this - yet to try from racer but I expect same results.

a. The game encourages you to come in contact with them, but it certainly is not easy and you may not even survive - here is why

           1.If being flipped, rolled, and thrown up in the air to see the landscape is something you would like to try - just try to find a racer and all it takes is a few whacks from this glitchy ghost to send you flying across the pavement. (Literally this is what happens!) 

b. You never know where they are actually at (the players) the map is just an idea but once you actually see them they will be to the side to the back or skip 200 yards in front of you in mere seconds. These make the already barren online world harder to actually bare! And that is a real problem. 

When a game that advertises player interaction as the STAR premise of the game and then come to find its broken - thats just not cool.

Fixes - I have asked others and even spoken to an EA rep - none at the moment apparently. Is Ghost games just that - a ghost - meaning have they abandoned support entirely at this point yet still selling it? These are real questions we do need answered. (I hope not - I am giving them benefit of the doubt here) 

Second - Freezing - yes the game freezes at random points. (Usually when you just completed all your assignments.) NOW because of the AUTOSAVE I will visit the command center frequently to ensure my progress is not lost.  Its a defense mechanism I would rather get rid of by there being a patch or something that will bring back my confidence in not thinking it could freeze up at any moment...

So there it is. I don't know what if any steps will be taken. But I can only hope some will see this and we will get some support for these issues

PS - Type a "busting racer in nfs rivals" in youtube and you will see this is plagued in every video (not the freezing, no) the glitchy/ghosts outline of players. So lets be clear at this point and admit I am not the only one here.
