Origin does not have access to the installed language for this game (NFS2016 PC)

I already brought NSF 2016 PC version  for a few month and also have played 64 hour on it. I recently format my pc as a result all game was uninstall. Today i when to reinstall my  NFS 2016 pc and also orgin . i get this error :" Origin account currently logged in does not have access to the installed language for this game. Please reinstall the game in an allowed language or log in with a different account " I have not switch any language on my pc . it always as been english(US) . I follow the step from people who have the same problem on EA site ,uninstall the game, uninstall orgin n reinstall it etc. nothing seems to work.

One other users stated the following in the thread I linked:

Wanted to say that reinstalling the origin client in the default directory solved it for me. I had Origin on the D:\ drive; this game insisted it be on the C:\

Have you by any chance installed Origin on another location? Please also try flushing your DNS Cache. As a last resort, we've had some reports recently about players in Singapore on a certain ISP having issues with Origin. Could you also try using a VPN?

You can use a VPN to pretend that your connection is coming from somewhere else, in which case you would be able to go around any issues that your ISP might be causing.

The VPN is only for testing purposes. You should be able to download free VPN's addons for your browser if you are using Chrome.
