origin doesnt repond with need for speed

Bueno he tenido un problema con mi need for speed, lo raro esq he buscado pro todos lados y no encuentro alguien que tenga el mismo problema que yo, cuando entra al juego, todo es normal, hasta que le doy a all drive, me carga la pantalla del mando con la barrita abajo, luego se cierra y me sale origin no responde...
