Overwatch dropped me 10 levels

I had the same issues with level 20. Just level up and you are at your previous level again.

I had the same glitch when trying to get level 20.  Then when I checked my game on PS4 to make sure everything was ok one of the liveries I had unlocked (Overwatch Discreet) was re-locked again and now I can't get it back.

While we are collecting information, I would to know if you could please confirm if the issue is happening as follow:

1.     Level is displayed properly
2.     Level drops down to 10 (happens around level 20)
3.     Once you level-up , the info displayed is correct
4.     Level drops down to a certain level again, not necessarily to 10

According to the comments in this thread this is what's happening.

1. Level is now displaying correctly.

2. It drops to 10 once you hit or exceded 20.

3. Does correctly display after leveling up again.

4. So far nothing, However if level 20 gives you a car on the cop side, it didn't register to unlock.

Thanks - Can you please tell us what is your platform and the browser you are currently using and if you can try with another one? It seems that your level should be properly displayed in an alternate browser.
If so, then we would like to know if this is happening only with a particular browser or not.

I'm on PC and using Internet Explorer 11 on Windows 7 Pro 64 bit. I don't use any other browsers.

Did a 800sp mission at level 19.

1. Level is displayed properly except for level 20.
2. Level drops down to 10 when level 20 is reached.
3. Once I level-up again , the info displayed is correct
4. Level never dropped again. (Reached 50)

Using Internet Explorer 11 on Windows 8.1 and also tried Google Chrome 31.0.1650.57 on the same OS.
