Overwatch dropped me 10 levels
I was on the brink of level 18 and finished an 800 point mission, probably would have put me around level 20. Instead it dropped me down to 10. I now have 4250 OverWatch SP, yet now I'm back to doing...

I had the same issues with level 20. Just level up and you are at your previous level again.
Same here. I was at 19 and when it should have rolled over to 20, it put me back to level 10.
Edit: It went to level 21 after the level 10 setback. Whew.

I had the same glitch when trying to get level 20. Then when I checked my game on PS4 to make sure everything was ok one of the liveries I had unlocked (Overwatch Discreet) was re-locked again and now I can't get it back.
