PC: Any way to import decals from NFS2015?

My question is for any PC modders:

The game engine is the same.

The wrap editor is the same.

We lost a bunch of decals in Payback that were present in NFS 2015.

Does anyone know of or can figure out a way to import the "missing" decals into Payback? That would be so awesome. 

I can imagine it may not be possible to import individual decals, because they are probably batched together in a pack of some sort, but maybe it would be possible to switch out decal libraries? I dunno.... any ideas?
