(PC) NFS Heat progress lost

I lost my NFS Heat saved document, while I linked EA ID with PSN's a new game NFS Unbond on my PS5.

My EA ID was changed into empty and member since date changed to 3rd May 2024.

MY EA ID email was [edit: email address removed] for many years.

My EA ID has played NFS Heat and other EA games for years. And I created question on 29th Mar 2024 too.

Now, my EA ID charged from HTCPF to HTCPFSD. I can search out new friend as HTCPF. HTCPF has my games still there. But the email of HTCPF is changed to another one, I never know.

My question is to get back my saved document of NFS Heat  at least, if I cannot get back my EA ID, HTCPF. Thanks ahead.

Apologies to confirm are you missing your saved game data from NFS Heat?

Did you play on PS5 or PC?

I had already reached very late in the game before, but when I opened the game today, I found that all the progress was lost. I don’t know what the problem was... After playing for more than 100 hours, the progress returned to zero. It’s really disgusting.

I played on PC & steamdeck before May 3rd.

Then I Link a PSN ID for NFS Unbound on my PS5 on May 3rd. So, I'm missing my saved game data from NFS Heat.

I have played the game for more than 100 hours. Today I opened the game and found that all the progress was lost. Please tell me. This is really disgusting.

If you are missing your saved progress or you cannot load your save file on PC for NFS Heat, please let us know the following:

• Platform (or client):
• EA ID (PSN ID/Gamertag):
• Did you receive an error message?
• Did this happen after reinstall Heat, or after your last session? 
• If possible, share a Screenshot or Clip...
• If on PC, please share a DxDiag file and an EA app Error ID Number

We can use this information, to help make the team aware of the issue and to further investigate.

  I played hundreds hours on EA ID & steam ID with NFS heat, with 100% achievements. I got another new NFS unbound games on my PS5, then I linked PSN ID & EA ID on PS5.
  THEN, I Lost all my EA games' save data, but Steam achievements are still showed only on steam deck. But in games save data lost. Level is 1, money is zero. My games bought before are gone, only HEAT & UNBOUND left. It seems my EA ID changed, my EA ID AVATAR image lost. I can search my old ID & same Avartar from my friend's ID as below PICs.
