the game runs at 30fraps in most places by me. however around 25-30% is ultra slow motion and runs around 20 fraps. so the problem is definatly the coding because in those 25-30% places, (mainly the harbor) it dosent even us more than 40% of the graphics. if it says on the box it should work, you expect it to work!
