Players not moving correctly when i'm near them

When i'm near a player, he's spinning around or he's not moving. If i'm far away from them they appear on map moving. When i'm close to them they stop moving. I tried with my friends and they don't h...

My friend tried this and it worked!  All back to normal, I guess I didn't need to do it on my pc.  Thanks guys.

        Nope, it didn't work.

        I did a clean boot, then tried the game and still had problem. Help
