i once had that too that a player drove in a pagani huayra in offraod by using a mod.. even if it didn't seem to give him an advantage, this shouldn't be allowed in multiplayer.
the funniest thing about it that there is no report section for things like that ingame, seems you can only report them if there are terrorists xD
