Playing NFS rivals and suddenlygot stuck in a bug

Hey,

i was playing NFS Rivals and suddenly got stuck into the road, i just can't move cant do anything only i can hear the game sound,
and its not the first time and more than ten times.. and i just reapired the game more than 5 times and its not fixing the problem,
if someone got any solution or something please help me and thnx
