PS4-Missing Content/Progress. SECOND TIME in a week.
Just lost 2 days of progress/content out of nowhere. Basically I was playing the game, saved it when I was on. Logged off then Logged back in an hour later everything I had worked on for 2 days disappeared. This is very frustrating considering I put in so much time and effort on this. I reached to EA and they basically told me nothing. How do I get my progress/content back, this is ridiculous. Data vanished, they can’t restore it. Just keep telling me there’s been many complaints and their working on it.

Hi, if you're still encountering this, can we check a few things?
What are you missing? Do you still have your level and story progress, but your bank and cars are gone?
Can you post your platform and the account name/gamertag/PSN ID that's affected?

Yeah I’m missing my progress as well. I wanted to join online but I was having issues connecting to it but then eventually I managed to join in a session, then as soon as I joined in.....my money gone, all my cars gone and even my character has changed....please can you help retrieve my profile back.

(PS4) I was playing solo and decided to play online. When I was at the main menu I kept getting error messages about syncing inventory.
The game finally let me join an online session; but when I loaded in, ALL of my money and a lot of my cars were gone. I still had my story progress and REP level; it is only the money and vehicles that are gone.
I tried restarting the game and restarting the console but neither of those things worked.
When will this issue be fixed? This is very upsetting
