Please help just lost tons of progress!!

Hi, the sync issues are being looked into. 

@Fo1kz Is your forum account the one you use to play the game? Did you get an error message?

I just lost all my cars and money, and I have a random character for some reason. I contacted EA support's live chat and they sent me some troubleshooting methods. None of them worked. How does this even happen? How are we supposed to get our progress back?
