The relevant teams are still working on this issue, apologies for the delay in resolving the loss of progress problem.
(PS4) I was playing solo and decided to play online. When I was at the main menu I kept getting error messages about syncing inventory.
The game finally let me join an online session; but when I loaded in, ALL of my money and a lot of my cars were gone. I still had my story progress and REP level; it is only the money and vehicles that are gone.
I tried restarting the game and restarting the console but neither of those things worked.
