Please help just lost tons of progress!!

So while playing in solo mode on Xbox...I decided to switch to online play and when I did a lot of my progress was lost among other things went terribly wrong. 1. My character changed to some other ...

I lost all my progress 

i literally finished playing turned off my pc went to sleep .. next morning, launched nfs heat .. boom all my progress gone

    i lost all my time and effort  in this game :D and ofcoz there will be no solution

    Same thing that's happening to a bunch of other people. If this doesn't get fixed, I'm never buying another NFS game. EVER.

      @Frenzyphrenia this is soo annoying man .. im so upset about this

      i was so excited about the game and now im not sure if i should put the same effort twice .. i want EA to retrieve my progress from their database ..

        Same happen to me yesterday I unlock the crew Ferrari now it's lock again and lost all my money I'm so upset about that.
