um.. there IS a multiplayer component. so to grind for all those upgrades would probably take ages (dont have them all so i cant really say, but within the industry that IS the norm). do you REALLY want to be racing against somebody day 1 that has dropped 4000$ on loot boxes and has twice the car you have in their first race? most of us dont. have you played the crew? do you understand how the part upgrading works in THAT game? because it seems pretty much the same here, except in that game you could pay cash for the cars but still had to EARN the parts.
no preorder for me either. infact if its like the last nfs game itll be 1/2 price a month later anyways.
The game has TIERS,someone tier 3 can't race with someone tier 1. And you can also buy these upgrades in the shop. Really you don't know anything about the game and is complaining lol. Just stop
what are you babbling about? youre actually making the point for us you know.. working your way through tiers is NEVER going to be faster than buying your way through, and therein lies the problem. again, if it was JUST cosmetic i wouldnt care.. nobody would buy them, but i wouldnt care either.
@MEGAF1UX It will not take ages to take your time and get through the game. Also, $4,000? That's ridiculous, maybe $400, not $4,000. The point is, you have stated that you were not going to buy the game, twice now. Since you are not going to buy it, why be on the forums? To troll other posts about how much you despise the shipments? Here's the thing, these shipments/loot crates/loot boxes are a thing now. If people want to spend money, let them. It gives those people the option. I for one, will not be buying them so they do not make or break a game for me. Since you have stated that you will not be getting the game, stop trolling other posts, please.
i will do as i please. im surely NOT going to sit idly by while the zealots have a [Comment Removed - Admin.] and pretend this game isnt andromeda on wheels. its inferior to other recent nfs games and people need to be aware of that. i mean.. you are actually sitting here trying to DEFEND the p2w crates. nothing says [Comment Removed - Admin.] like defending that 1 thing. mind you i know SEVERAL people who drop close to a grand or more on a new game like this or fortnite or trove, or anything really. as adults we are able to do that if we choose (stay in school), its really no different than spending 45k on a car or 9k on a guitar, just things we spend money on because we can. i dont know what kind of fairy-land you live in where people only spend a few dollars on games, but to get to the top you NEED to spend money when they put predatory cash shops in games (for honor...).
and i have indeed played the demo, or i wouldnt know what was in the crates. how anyone can be ok with a delay on nitro is beyond me, i dont know how the mods expect me to not use a word like "mental defect" in this situation. anyone who plays the trial for an hour will see first hand the sloppy handling, its not like its hidden.
