I've completed the story and was looking forward to Prestige Mode only to find out that it wont let me access it. I've got the game for PC and have tried going through my messages to fix the issue as i've heard works and that didn't work for me.
That is very strange that it still didn't unlock.
Since we are unable to unlock this for you, worst case scenario would be to have to use the reset your journey function.

Yup. Tried repairing the game and doing the message process again and didnt work sadly
DICE TeamTry doing some random events on the map and it should unlock for you.

DICE TeamI checked around for you but I haven't seen any further examples of Prestige not unlocking. I sorry that we couldn't be of more assistance in this situation.

That's ok, it's a price you pay when you use a PC for gaming.
I'm having the exact same problem on my PS4. Platinum trophy, but I can't use the Prestige App even though all story missions and the 2 last races with the crew and then the icons.
