Your x360ce is configured incorrectly! I recommend going into x360ce program, and look for a in-high-usage profile for your controller.
You can find instructions for this inside my "how to make wheel work with NFS Rivals" tutorial post sticky'd at the top , while my instructions for for a wheel, they can easily be applied for any other device!
If that doesn't work , while in x360ce, click Controller Number that is relevant, then click the tab below it for logitech dual action controller, and move the right stick into the up position. make a note of the changes occuring in the windows below. You'll be able to correct this by isolating what axis/numbers are being changed when you push the stick up. the stick being in the up position should be the actual deadzone (not in use position).
