Product Key of Need For SPEED 2015

Dear I Bought the Game Need For SPEED 2015 on Sep 7.Still not getting the Product Key. Order Number:  1007935690607. Why it has happened??

When you buy a game for PC via Origin, you do not need the Product Code, just log in to Origin with the EA account the game was bought on and then download, install and play.
