Prologue car not going faster than 3-4 km/h (2mph)

Summarize your bug I can't play the prologue because the car wont go faster than 3-4 km/h. I tried restarting the game and my computer and also tried to play with the keyboard but still does not work. In Origin I also klicked on "repair" but still not working.
