PS3 Bug - Need For Speed Rivals - intermittent No control of Vehicle/power/steering?

I've had the same issue, but on the PC version.. Can't say for sure if it's at those specific places (don't know all the names), but most definitely at certain intersections and also at the starighter end of the massive bridge area with the massive jumps on each side.

I'll try take note of the area names next time, but also I must say it happened a lot more earlier in the game. It's a bit more uncommon with the later cars for some reason.
