My B69 crew since 2012, we are all professional adults in our racing games and I appreciate you are a clean crew.

I actually fire crew, my crew members, if I catch them cheating or being abusive in the game towards other players or crews.
As the Bossman and operator of our professional website I manege since 2012, I run a tight business crew!
We all have fun in Soapbox Race world too -- AKA NFS World Online use to be.
I'm in the ( World online PL) server if you come to play the game with my crew in that game.

@BLVD69 Great to meet you too mate! Yeah I'm the Bossman of the crew, cool name that you call it lol xD. I'm all about respect and unfortunately due to former friends, we went from a small crew of 10 to just 2 since getting older, I'll call it that, changed them. They basically all started arguing between each other over who was the better drifter, better painter/livery designer. I basically had enough and told them all to go their separate ways and don't contact me anymore. There's enough toxicity in this world and we don't need that childish behaviour on games, especially from people who are in their twenties.
Yeah I fully understand that when people can get toxic and it's time to send them a pink slip and fire them from my crew.
I'm 48 years old and I also won't put up with other people's drama.
Your right life is short and I don't need more stress. LOL😂

- @BLVD69 Exactly, life has enough stress as it is and the majority of people that play games, are playing them to chill and get away from reality by doing something they enjoy. Unfortunately toxicity is becoming worse in online games nowadays which is sad to see. I remember back in the day where you could go into a lobby, ask if anyone has a mic, get multiple replies which most of the time would lead to teaming up and therefore new friendships we created.

As a Crew Boss I prefer polite, kind and knowledgeable player's.
I have had hired players that started off good but later became toxic due to giving them higher rank control as they advanced in my crew.
Unfortunately, when there egos got to big I was forced to either down their rank or if things didn't work out Is let them go.
I also can't stand loud people yelling in my headphones.
Another thing I won't put up with in my crew is a foul mouth.
People get two warnings and on their third warning they get a pink slip and banned from my Discord and Official Website I built for my Crew. LOL😂
