R34 Z-tune bumper - Is it a glitch?

I know it's a small detail but this is my favorite car and probably my favorite front bumper. On the Skyline R34, the Nismo Z tune bumper has what appears to be a small glitch

First pic, in the Studio app it has the turn signal lights on the bumper.

But in the game itself, they are missing. They appear for a second when it's loading but they disappear.

Or maybe it's supposed to be like that? Thoughts?

I wonder if it's an easy fix if it's really a glitch
