I'm having the same issues. All my EA games are doing this. I have Gold and recently got rid of EA access, ever since I did this I've been getting the error code 0x803f800b. I can play at times, but encounter this issue enough for it to be more than aggravating. I've done all the reset tips via Xbox live to no avail. Also I have these games on disk, if that helps. Please provide a solution.
