You can add friends using the Origin client (if you're on PC), the XMB (if you're on PS3) or the Xbox Guide (if you're on X360). :] In-game you can only see friend recommendations (these will be friends of already added friends) and your added friends only. Hope this helps 😉

How do you do it on PS3? I can't figure it out. Please give me some steps or something.

on the xmb you have the friends section at the last
in the friends section find 'players met'. In there you will see players you saw in your game earlier and which game you saw them. find the most wanted players and add them as a friend from options (green button(triangle)).
